Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in time is between after 3:00 p.m. and no later than 8:00 p.m. (7:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays) Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations:
We require at least 72 hours notice for all cancellations. Any cancellation less than 72 hours will be subject to a charge of one night's stay.

**FRYEBURG FAIR WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY SEPT. 1ST. Any cancellations after Sept 1st will be subject to a charge of one night's stay.

Smoking:
For the comfort of our guests, smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside of the motel rooms. Please aware: There is a $250 penalty charge applied to your room for smoking.
If you choose to smoke you may do so outside at the picnic table area.

Pets:
While we adore animals, we are unable to accomodate them. Local boarding facilities are available. Please call for details.

Quiet Hours:
Out of respect for our surrounding neighbors, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 p.m.
